Hey GMC'ers! cool.gif

Well spring is here and I am already starting to get pretty busy with Building, I just got started on a small recreational log cabin to get things rolling and it is durring this time of year that I am just going to be too busy to continue to be a member of the GMC communtity. sad.gif
But its not the end! I do plan on returning in the late summer or fall as the construction season winds down.
So... I just wanted to say thanks a ton to all the Instructors and the members of GMC! I have really enjoyed being a part of this community and have tons of stuff to practice untill I can get back to picking all you guys brains again. I really have learned quite a bit in the last 6 or 7 months and I would like to commend Mr. Dahl and all the instructors and the members as well on a top notch site for everything that is Guitar and then some! You guys are the best man and I cant wait to get back! smile.gif And to all the new friends I have made I look forward to seeing you again in the fall, Keep on choppin guys! cool.gif

Peace! Rich...

If there is one thing my time in Alaska has taught me is that the four seasons they have are Winter, Winter, Winter, and Construction Season. Stay safe and have a great Summer, Motown Hero!

Thanks Ben, I wish I could have participated more in your mentoring program but I think I just tried to take on too much too fast this time around, I still like to practice that first task you gave us alternate picking those chords , it really is a good warmup. Take care man and keep rockin, you got mad skills. smile.gif

Well let me see, basically I will work unless its just totally socked in and pouring rain unless we happen to have a roof on the project at hand in which case I would be working. As for the winter things can get pretty slow. Although I have done construction year round up here it can get pretty tough to stay on schedule as everything just takes longer to do, so anymore I just avoid it and try to find other things to do inside such as Trim Carpentry or remodels or interior painting, stuff like that and of course plowing snow.

I think my subscription is ending today or tomorrow so I probably wont be able to reply to many more posts. So... I want to wish everyone a great Summer or Winter whichever the case may be. You all are the best! smile.gif

Best Regards, Rich...
