Welcome back Trey pleased to meet you man and glad to know another one returned to the guitar ! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself - what music do you like listening to for instance, or.. what gear do you use?

SORRY FOR THE MASS WALL OF TEXT GUYS.
Well as far as gear my main guitar is an ESP LTD series Alexi Laiho signature (blacky). I love the blacked out look of it as well as the inlay style.

I also use a discontinued model of the Jackson Kelly that my Dad passed on to me for my 13th birthday. He knew I loved it and I always begged him to let me play it and he outright surprised me and gave it to me. It might be my most prized possession. It has the thinnest neck of any guitar that I have ever played and I absolutely love it.

For amps I use an old 1991 Crate cab that my father again passed on to me and a Line 6 Spider III head.

My only real foot pedal is a BOSS Metalcore pedal. I love the raw power that it pulls out of my guitars.

SOOOOOOO I guess that brings me to music.

I was basically raised on Metal as you can tell buy my choice of gear My Dad is an amazing guitarist and I can remember breaking into his music room when I was younger just to listen to his music while he worked (back then he was most likely listening to King's X, Porcupine Tree, Paul Guilbert, Sabbath/Osbourne and numerous others.)

I got into the heavier side of Metal the first time my Dad introduced me to King Diamond. I kept diving deeper into the music and kept on exploring until I got to the genre classified as "Metalcore/Deathcore".

I love bands like Killswitch Engage, Atreyu, Bullet For My Valentine....the list goes on and on. However, my favorite band is probably Children of Bodom.

Of love Alexi Laiho's signature sound. The way he bends strings after fast sweeps just shatter my brain.

However, I love other types of music too. I'm a huge instrumental fan. I love Paul Guilbert, the Alman Brothers, Jeff Loomis, and Akira Yamaoka.
