Pretty uncomfortable shapes man, I owned the Randy Rhoads Jackson back in 99 - it was my first guitar, but I somehow couldn't play it that well sitting down, as I was always constrained to keep it in the classical position (I hadn't had a clue what's what and I wanted to keep it side saddle of course )

I can't imagine how difficult it must have been, trying to play that RR side saddle !

Btw, I had never heard that term 'side saddle' before our very own Todd Simpson used it.... respect to Todd for enriching our guitar vocabulary !

Well thanks guys Yeah, I always try to avoid playing "Side Saddle" if at all possible. It works for some folks though!
