I've tried so many everyday walking round headphones. But none sound as good while being comfortable as the new iPhone buds.
For recording I use sennheiser 280 hd. There semi cheap and good qaulity sound. Those ramones headphones look cool.

Sennheiser HD 201 - I think these are quite decent for the price.

For listening music on iPod/Cell phone on the go I use HTC headphones that came with my old phone. They have very good sound and deep bass (unlike iPod headphones).

For "silent" band rehearsals we do, I use Sennheiser HD465. These need replacing soon due to wear and tear.

Spiff but a bit overkill for walking about smile.gif Many folks just use the phones that came with their phone/ipod/etc. which results in a somewhat limited listening experience IMHO, but they are free after all smile.gif

Once folks outgrow the stock cans, they dive in to the "Aftermarket" which has exploded. I"ve been using SKULL CANDY INK'D ear buds with a built in mic for my iphone so I can still use it for phone calls if needed. They sound really good for the price. Not ideal for mixing of course, but for listening to mp3 files they are hard to beat for the price.

As far as "Ear Buds" go, they have adequate bass. But I certainly wouldn't trust them for recording/mixing etc. They are just handy, cheap, decent sounding ear buds for ones phone/ipod/etc. I think they sound wads better than the stock ipod earbuds which are a bit crap.

Yes, and they weren't very expensive either as far as headphones go. They may not be sufficient for guys that really know what they're listening for in a studio, but these work great for my hearing.

I just don't like ear buds at all, especially cheap ones that go hand in hand with most mp3 players.
The last ones someone gave me to listen to some of his music sounded like they were broken.
