> IS THAT YOUR MAMA?

Nope didn't think so either. We all know parents don't get this.

I can show you how to be the virtuoso your folks could only dream about, but I first need your help:

* Pm me and I will show you where to start. I am online every day and I will help you out directly!

* Join my mentoring program. I will customize your learning experience in a way you haven't experienced before. We will have regular contact so that you can remain inspired every day and eventually reach a new level.

* Join my next video chat! GMC startpage holds a video chat schedule. We always cover a lot of ground and have fun. Remember that you don't need any previous knowledge, and you can be passive in the chat.

* Jam with me - you will find active collabs here.

* Post a topic on this board, guitar related or not - doesn't matter! You will find that chatting with instructors boosts your motivation to practice.

* You haven't missed my latest video lessons, have you?

* Oh and did you know that to become a killer guitarist you just need to focus on one thing? Everything
else is secondary. Pm me and I will explain.

Sad news brother.

My POD GX unfortunately has failed me. It by no means will work. This means that my REC takes aren't going to sound as great and no Meta cover until my graduation next month until I can by myself Guitar Rig 5.

In the mean time, I'm going to stop holding out on you and actually show you stuff I've been practicing. My internet is being slow so YouTube uploads are taking forever but give me a day or so and it'll all be up!

Well, I've got a little update for you.

So youtube for some reason won't except my mobile uploads. Thus, no youtube videos for now. I'm in the process of selling off some stuff for better recording equipments so I think come summer, I'll be back in business.

Well, I've actually been in the process of learning songs.

Right now I'm learning:
To The Stage by Asking Alexandria
Becoming the Bull by Atreyu

Along with that I've been perfecting David Wallimann's lesson "Lick Construction Class Workshop" to work on feeling out what I'm playing.

Big question though,

What do you use to plug your guitar into your computer?

This is the only one. However, I'm going to college and there would be no room for it in my room. It would basically be at home for 4 years so I figure I need to get rid of now than later on.

Ah... I see, well, it is a wise decision then. If you should ever need to gig tho, you should consider raising money for a good combo that can stay with you in college. Something like 50W tube, if possible.

It's always good to think things a little in advance wink.gif

That's what I'll probably end up doing in the next few years. For right now though, Guitar Rig 5 is all I really need for practice and recording purposes.

It's not that complicated mate, all you need is to focus on things a bit and get a hang on how it's done. After that, the more you do it the better you become wink.gif

Hey C-man!

School is FINALLY over!

So I was thinking, with a new start in my life, maybe we could start new on this journey (don't worry, I'm still doing Meta). I'm going to start working with Todd on developing speed but I want to diversify my playing.

I want to start learning multiple styles of guitar so because of this I figured we could start doing random lessons until I find a style I want to isolate. Would that be cool?

Hey Trey!

Congratulations once again mate smile.gif This will be definitely cool, as out of each style you will learn something which you can integrate in your own playing style (that's what I did over the years and I am still doing it biggrin.gif)

Let's think like this - we'll develop various techniques through the aid of various styles, deal?

Have you ever played funky stuff? smile.gif That can lead to BIG changes for the good only, in your rhythm playing wink.gif
