Well Iv'e been working really hard on you'r new lesson in the style of Luke.

First I wanna say that this is of the pieces of music that I really felt connected to, and therefor it was easier for me to learn this, but one part just kills my fingers! those bends at the end!

Do you have a suggestion how to get my finger strength up to be capable of preforming those bends without hurting my poor fingers? laugh.gif

So you have troubles with matching bends...
One way to get it easier is to try tuning down semi-tone.
It'll give you less tension of strings and will be easier to perform bends.
And practice bends in general,on lower frets, higher frets, different strings etc.
Bending needs practicing like everything else. smile.gif
Oh yeah, and have a small break if you feel to much pain in fingers!!

How many fingers do you use for bending? I use three, sometimes two. Using just one will kill you tongue.gif

(As usual I didnt notice that this was a instructor forum, sorry smile.gif )

For the one's I'm talking about I'm using 2 fingers because my index finger is preocupied with a fret smile.gif

Muris, Iv'e been discussing this with Visi0n, and I came to a conclusion that it might be because recently I changed my strings from 09 to 010, could it be the reason?

Definatly. When I changed from 0.9 to 0.10 I could barely do any bends at all tongue.gif

Of course, gauge of string might be the issue..
Get used to new gauge or go back to 009. smile.gif
I use 009,no big deal wink.gif

I think I will take time to get used to the gauge, I like the tone of it much better then the 09, thanks smile.gif
