I was in the selling house business a few years ago, more like tested myself and moved back to music only a year later 1-2 times I did get a house like this...at first site it was depressing but just want to say if you guys have to sell something like this (might come with inheritance etc.) the golden rule is as long as the price is right every house can be sold
