Yes about the Evan Parker and Squarepusher InstruMental- where I used to live (Newcastle and Gateshead UK) the free jazz scene is pretty good. Sadly nowadays I'm a bit out of the loop
 living in S Spain . (Sort of made up for by friends sending stuff, The Wire and so on.)I've a nice link somewhere about to Autechre live - I'll try and dig it out. I'm about to visit the UK the first time next month, but only for a week. I'll be in London. Hopin' to catch some music and track down this one guitarist. My dad REALLY wanted to catch Evan, but I don't think he's playing that week.

Interesting InstruMental but doesn't do a lot for me - not that fond of the sitar (although the real thing sounds better then the awful Roland fake sitar on guitar synths
 ).
