Wou! This is really cool man! It sounds like a modern DT track! It's very promising, I'd like to hear this with real guitars!!
Just be sure to check structure to avoid too many repetitions of some sections. But this decision should be done with real guitar there. -------------------- My lessons

Thanks, Gabriel. I'm kinda caught between making DT ish music and making djent-ish music, so now I'm just trying to combine them both

Mate, while I was reading your post I was thinking... this is just a journey to find compositions that want to be Cael Style. Keep going and don't worry too much about specific style directions... you are building your own style that surely has a bit of both djent and prog. I'd like to see Cael Style more and more defined with the pass of time.

It would indeed be great to find a Cael style. I just don't know exactly what that is yet, but maybe I'm moving towards it.

This lasts weeks have been a big step forward mate. Every new tune explains you something new about yourself. Keep going, keep composing, do what you like, your style will appear naturally. -------------------- My lessons

I've just recieved the Modern Day Babylon tab book, so I'm hoping I can learn a song or two or just get some inspiration from how Tomás plays having more specific notes to rely on than just my not so good ear. EDIT: I know I should practice my ears! Awesome! What song is the first you'll work? -------------------- My lessons

Ok! Let's go for this one.
I've been listening to this demos yesterday. I feel that these instrumental ideas are very entertained to hear. I'm sure that you've heard this before, but I wanted to know what you think... What festival are you going? What bands will be playing? -------------------- My lessons

Yeah, Lost in Dreams is a bit easier, I think. Though it's still difficult! I've just spent an hour learning like the first 26 bars. And I've played it correctly maybe once. This is gonna take a long time! I think I've heard those before, yeah. They're very good! It's just a small festival here in Denmark called Nakkefestival. No famous bands or anything. Only one metal band (black metal) called Solbrud is playing there. Otherwise it's just all kinds of music and unknown artists That festival sounds like a really cool experience mate. Take pictures and share them here! I'm curious about it. Have a great time! -------------------- My lessons

I will only bring an old phone, and I'm not sure it can take very good pictures. I'm afraid to lose my new phone there, so I thought I'd better bring an old one. Ah ok, sound reasonable. Enjoy it and then you tell me! -------------------- My lessons

Welcome back mate! That sounds like a plan.
I'm checking the first song of the band. It sounds really interesting and exotic for me. What instruments do they include in the live set? -------------------- My lessons
