So I paid $1,900 for it...

Beautiful guitar. I love it and still do, but picked up one I wanted more so I need to sell this to help pay for the new one.

I noticed a used one on Reverb Nation was selling for $1,499.

Mine is is BRAND SPANKING NEW CONDITION - not a dink on it. I've played it for maybe a total of 3 hours.

I will let it go to anyone on the GMC forum for $1,100. Hardshell case included.

My new guitar was $1,500.

This is the EXACT one I am selling...

The perfect Ibby for any Abby fans out there.

PS - THIS IS IN THE HOPES MY WIFE DOES NOT KILL ME FOR GETTING A NEW GUITAR OR ELSE I WOULD JUST KEEP IT IN MY COLLECTION

She is a keeper. Evidently so am I. We get along great. Had this had been my x-wife I would be typing from my new home of an abandoned barn right now.

Keeper for sure!!! If your current cab is not stereo, you could just trade up to one that is, less to
carry, deal with and it doesn't look like new gear, old cab goes new cab takes it's place smile.gif

It's a great thing she understands that "guitar is my thing" like "sowing and gardening are her thing" she said

If you ever get the chance, keep an eye out for a stereo version of your guitar cab. You can run both your heads at once and only have to carry one cab. But if you are not gigging, it may not be worth it. Your current setup will do just fine and your ROOT RIG will keep up with a drummer and work as a multi channel rig just run it clean and add a distortion box and bam. Full rig. Or run your ROOT head and your full size cab. It will easily drive a full size cab smile.gif I was using a 2x12 Mesa cab when I made the video of the Root and it was melting paint of the walls it was so loud.

Why not just convert the mono cab to stereo? It's a 2x12 right? It's a simple and inexpensive thing to do. Or did I miss something? I would probably just get an additional cab, but that's just me.

I think it's a 4x12. You could still convert it with just a new back plate and some wire and soldering gun smile.gif But he got a new amp/cab to run clean so it's sorted smile.gif The clean rig can be a full rig as well, as mentioned, just add distortion box or whatever stomp/multi you like and leave the ROOT amp on a clean sound. Its' also more portable than the Marshall head and 4x12.
