I ran across these two and they look a LOT alike but don't sound alike IMHO. The MOOER product seems to kick the pants off of the other one These run Less than $50 brand new!

This one (The one I thinks sounds a bit Crap) is about $30 brand new.

This one (A bit less crap) is about $40 brand new on ebay. (International shipping available)
*This one reminded me more of the FX on the VOX mult fx amp line for some reason.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? TOO CLOSE TO CALL? WHICH ONE DO YOU LIKE?

They're the exact same unit Todd. Just branded differently.
Any difference in tone from those vids is from the way they were recorded!

They might also be shipped with different presets but yeah I don't think the algo or hardware is different.

The zoom g1on 50 bucks if 100 dollar tag on the zoom ms50 can be too much. It can run any 5 fx (including amps) in any order, same algo as the ms-50.

THey sure look exactly the same smile.gif But how do you know that the guts are the same? I've bought bits that looked the same outside that looked way different once I opened them up. My joyo power supply for example, I bought a cheaper version from China and was an off brand. The boxes looked the same but once opened up, the boards/wires were completely different.

I've never opened or owned either of these so I can't for sure. Maybe there is a video showing the guts? I gotta say the high gain sounds VERY different which is what is making me think something is different on the inside, even though they look the same, but I really don't know smile.gif

There is a version of that same pedal with an expression pedal built on (wah etc.) for another 20 bux. So about $80 new street price. Still a heck of a deal. smile.gif Here is a demo of the pedal. I think I like it more than either of the "mikro" pedals in the original post. First of all, it's got actual foot switches!! The first thing I Posted is really to wear on your guitar strap and just practice at home a bit. The Zoom, you could record or even gig with if needd. Though the tone is questionable imho for a gigging piece. But for practice, home recording, it would do fine for the price smile.gif

*Ignore the presenter, I think it's in German, but he's got the best recorded tones on this I've found. Most are crap recordings done with a crap on board mic on a camcorder. Not this one smile.gif
THE BAD NEWS: No Software Editor!!!! This is inexcusable imho. In this day and age, every bit of kit like this should have a software editor and a phone app. Just no reason not to given how many vendors are doing it and how much better it makes everything. But that's just me.

So now we are up to about $80 and we have decent tone. How much further do we have to go in order to get a software editor and a phone app if possible?
HELP!!!!!!
SUGGESTION BOX: PLEASE SHARE ANY MULTI FX THAT HAS
*Decent Tone
*Under $100 US
*Expression Pedal

*At least two stomp buttons
*Software Editor/Phone App

If you guys have any suggestions on the next step up, please share!!

Me either Todd, but through the range of Mooer Pedals there are several corresponding Ammoon ones which are exactly the same.

Cool Stuff smile.gif But they fall down where the other one did, NO APPS!!! That's the cutoff it seems.

1.)Software Editor
2.)Phone App of some kind

NEW GIVEAWAY CONTEST!

CALLING ALL GEAR HEADS!!!!

Any multi effect pedal, with stomp switches and expression pedal built in, that has a software editor and some sort of phone app. The cheapest we found below this bar were pretty decent and ran about $100. Try to find one that has a software editor and phone app, for just around $100. Winner will get one of the very last custom VON HOTCH PICKS ON EARTH!!! From yours truly smile.gif The keeper of the VonHotch Vault of picks!

Go!!

Todd
