Hi,

Check my video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOc4DoEAZr0

It's my first time doing this kind of video with tabs on the screen so I kept it very simple. But anyway I am open to suggestions, recommendations and improvements.

Since I made it very simple I also have some ideas for improvement, but I also want to hear yours.
So that being said I am new to video and audio editing and I am still learning

I like this idea of playing along tabs.

good job , what did it take to get tabs on screen .
What I have realized lately is how important lighting is , I am at 11:15 on the video on the Home Page and my new video on the Kris and Gabe Jam , I used the same camera I just set my chair in a different place with just overhead house lighting it up better

I am using a video editing program and in this case I am just adding a picture over my video.

Great job mate!!

A more advanced version could be to capture your guitar pro file in play so the tabs play along with the video. In this case, you don't need it because the whole tab loop is on screen, but it a good plan if you go for a longer idea.

I use Camtasia to REC my screen.

Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried to record another video, the solo from Flash of the Blade, which is not a hard solo, I think it will be rated as 3-4 difficulty here on GMC.
Seems like the video editing part was a little easier for me this time, I added a backing track, I made a video version of the tab, but I am not satisfied with my playing. It seems like I am sloppy in some parts, and in other parts I am playing behind the beat, and it's easier for me to notice this since I see the tabs in real time over something I play.

It's almost done, but I still have some video editing left to do.
I am not sure if I should post it like this or try to play it again.
