Can I slow a backing in reaper and maintain tuning

Here you have a video and you will understand much better how can you do that. Don't forget to select that "Pich" for maintaining tuning.

If for practice without needing to save a track or anything. I just drop the song in, then change the BPM after that, so say it reads 120, I will do 60 for half speed.
