Hey Guys!

Tomorow's the first day of a shop's mega sale! The big shop is closing down their 'pop' district, which includes musical gear They made a big advertisement in the papers advertising with up to 80% discount on FX pedals!! I think I'm going there tomorow morning. A friend of my told me thos things are often very busy with, sometimes even professional, buyers looking for profit in cheap gear! It'd mean I have to skip a day at school, but I only have 1 normal lesson the whole day

kinda excited! What kidna things would you buy on something like that? Say you go to a music store and everything is 50% off, what would youbuys?? I'm kinda negotioting with myselfon this It might be the best oppurtunity to grab some cheap FX pedals plus some little stuf like cables, stands, strings etc. I guess it is'nt very suitable to buy a guitar, since they probably don't give andy guarantees any more.

I'd say a distortion stomp and a delay are a must, as well as a tuner

I suppose the shop is in the Netherlands . Good thing, can you tell me which one it is? Might check it out myself, i.e. if they have the fx boards that I'm interested in (tc electronic nova or rocktron utopia)...

Everything from T-Rex or even better: I would buy an Axe FX Ultra if it was 50% off!

Who am I kidding, go nuts like a kid in a candy shop! Make a list and then throw it out once you get there. Lick everything before anyone else can even touch it wheither you buy it or not.

I bought a nice case and an FX pedal : Fender Reverb.

Pedal came for 90 euros (BOSS FRV-1 normally 120) and the case from80to65. So quite small investment There weren't much guitars, and the sale wasn't as much of a percentage I expected No 80% on FX probably just on one pedal so they can say "sale up to 80% "

was a nice day though, spent four hours there and tried some nice amsp. Vox Night Train + Fender strat + FRV-1 = killer sound Orange 50 rockerverb was just crazy good as well

Enjoy your new "Fender's classic 1963 Spring Reverb", the FRV-1 is very close to the real deal
