It's called Exploring Guitar. Very easy to work with and I think it's free. Try to google it. Sometimes I draw my scales in CorelDraw myself.

Some instructors use the Photoshop. I use exploring guitar but afterwards Photoshop.

I do it in photoshop , but I recommend Exploring Guitar ! really cool piece of software!

Some instructors use the Photoshop. I use exploring guitar but afterwards Photoshop. Yes I do the same. In Photoshop I add the scale name and crop/resize the picture.
