Not really a guitar gear question so to say, but I was wondering what software people are using for those cool fretboard scale pictures that are posted in messages. Is there a freeware out there - I want some blank fretboard diagrams, and would like to make a few scale pictures.

Thanks,

mh

It's called Exploring Guitar. Very easy to work with and I think it's free. Try to google it. Sometimes I draw my scales in CorelDraw myself.

Yes I do the same. In Photoshop I add the scale name and crop/resize the picture.

We forgot to mention that the "print screen" operation is needed when Exploring Guitar window is active.
