Hey Muris nice review! I would definately consider investing in one of these myself if I had the money! smile.gif

Question though, didnt the bottom pickup used to have a cover on it? Have you just taken it off or replaced the pickup ? tongue.gif

I know the feel, had similar troubles during this journey as well.
But once you'd have to step on the ball and say.."Ok,I need this,this,this..and that, end of story". smile.gif

Man that’s a sweet axe! tongue.gif Congrats! I followed your link to Stan’s site one night and was checking out his pickups. Listened to the Scorpion humbucker and thought the rich harmonics it could reproduce where awesome. Nice tone. Why did you go with the Rogue? I’m just curious

Posted by: Muris Feb 3 2008, 03:07 PM

Well, first I took Viper and it sounds pretty great.
But since body is mahagony I wanted more attack and brights from bridge pu.
I haven't tried Scorpion on this axe,it'd probably work nice as well. wink.gif

that's a great guitar, and the price is not too high to pay... I like it, it's an excelent tool wink.gif

Posted by: g-forcelover Feb 3 2008, 08:49 PM

id get one right now if it had extremly low action. thats what i like in a guiar. but that is amazing!

Posted by: Muris Feb 3 2008, 08:53 PM

You must split action from tension of strings.
Some guitars have pretty low action but still some heavy tension.
And opposite, normal or higher action with extra low tension.
It depends of scale AND of single instrument,it just happens, sort of. smile.gif

Beautiful guitar wink.gif
If it plays as good as it looks you'll be doing very well!
