oooh I simply love cheese, I like the strong stuff that makes your eyeballs sweat when your eating it, the only trouble with the really strong stuff is that it often has those little crystal bits in it which I dont like, I`ve only recently found out that those crystals are just salt but even so I prefer a cheese to be nice n smooth smile.gif

Alright people biggrin.gif I AM A CHEESE GUY biggrin.gif I love cheese so much, that I eat it EVERY SINGLE DAY WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION:

- I usually eat sheep cheese, which I prefer matured enough and a little bit sour - it's more like feta not like the swiss cheese which I am certain that most of you are used to wink.gif
- In my fridge you may find at all times cheese more towards Swiss cheese, which by the way, in Romanian is called 'Cashcaval' biggrin.gif I enjoy both goat and sheep matured cashcaval.
- From time to time I enjoy eating mouldy goat cheese - that one with 3 layers (white mould, medium textured sour layer and soft layer)
- I also like Brie, Camembert and Roquefort

Thou shall gaze upon the greatness of cheese and bow till yer forehead wilt touch the soil, heathens!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Cosmin, that was a cheese masterclass ! laugh.gif

Isn't Roquefort supposed to be the most 'fragrant' of all cheeses ?

I like all kinds of cheese, I'm really a cheese addict, any kind of cheese is awesome, and I enjoy the most in - home made cheese smile.gif

Here at sea they make cheese from sheep that hardly ever drink water, eat only grass, it's a very expensive strong and rare cheese, and it's awesome!

I also tried some cheese from Slovenia recently, with parts of chilli in it, hard strong cheese, very intense flavor.

Back in my country they usually make soft white cheese which is awesome too.

Other than that, I usually have some Gauda, Dorblue and home made white cheese always in the fridge back home. Always make them cut it for you out of a biggest piece in the shop because the flavor is more intense.

You guys have really made me want to try sheep's cheese now. Until Cosmin mentioned it about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't even aware it existed ! laugh.gif

I'm pretty boring when it comes to cheese. Mild, creamy chedders.. I do like Red Leicester, Double Gloucester and the occasional bit of Brie on a cracker ! smile.gif

You'd like where I live Cosmin. One neighbour keeps sheep and another keeps goats so we have a ready supply of home made Queso Fresco through to very mature cheese.

One cheese I really like is this extra sharp cheddar from New Zealand. Its so sharp its makes me pucker up every time I eat it biggrin.gif I can seriously eat a pound of it a day. For all you guys that still have your appendix, I'd be careful of how much cheese you eat in one day. Last year my appendix ruptured, and the doctor said its usually caused by a food blockage of some sort. After he told me that, I tried to remember what I ate that could have caused that, and what came to mind was the one pound of cheddar cheese I ate the day before biggrin.gif I'll never know if thats what actually caused it, but thats what I suspect. It's not something I have to worry about anymore because I no longer have an appendix, so now I can eat all the cheese I want wink.gif

I'm a HUGE Racer X fan, does that count? smile.gif That's some strong, yet moldy cheese! But has gotten better with age IMHO.

Here is a Racer X tune / Paul Gilbert tune called Technical Difficulties/Metal Dog
