A Hi from Norway....

Thanks for this opportunity and thanks for this media... its amazing and it's a great way for me to learn something new... Thank you!

well, me - im a grown up guy and have had a dream for about 35 years to learn to play and handle a guitar. Somewhere along the road of life the dream has been away, but now it's back - and i have the time, the opportunity and the motivation - and i have bought the geary. It's no way back this time.

I have always had the ear to guitar players who has someway or another stirred and moved a bit inside me. And im old and remember Randy Rhoads, and will always do, i still listen to crazy train and some songs from his time in quiet riot. Joe Walsh in Eagles, and Staffan William Olsson. In norway we have a couple of guys that amaza me, Knut Reiersurd, Amund Maarud, Vidar Busk, Ronni Le Tekrø and Marius Müller. The last two - great rock'n roll guitar players and great songwriters... Mr Müller passed away some years ago... Unfortunately..

The goals aren't to be the new guitar hero and make a musical revolution :D , but it's personal and a dream come through. And someday i hope to bring along my guitar to somewhere, play a song - play a solo and see the gasps and rolling eyes. Put my guitar in the bag and go home... Smiling and laughing...

So from Norway - and from me... thanks for this fantastic opportunity to learn and play along with your instrutions and videos. You amaze me in many ways with your playing... Looking forward to follow your lessons...

Kj..

Hi Kjetil, that's a name we fear here in Sweden. You know why if you ever watched cross country skiing wink.gif

Welcome! And I agree 100% about Randy and I too listen to Crazy Train from time to time, I can play it too wink.gif laugh.gif and surely you will be able too as soon as you get rhythm up to speed and flow.

HI Robin
Thanks a lot for the welcoming...

Bjørn Berge is the leading blues guitar man in Norway. Personally i like the album "St. Slide". Yes, he is a great guitarist. I like his way of playing many genres, he is a great guitar melody man....

Keep the good work and see you around...
Take care..

Kj.

Hi

Yes, we usually get a bit cocky when we beat the swedish cross country skiers... But not for so long...
You know " take a Brink" is a saying here in norway... and thats when we relax...

And yes, Randy's guitar solo, infact the whole song crazy train is a important goal... SOMEDAY...... and im soaking up the beginner lessons here... and im here to stay - learning and training...

Take care
Kj...
