Hello All!

I have never played to a metronome before but, I think it would benefit me now that I am doing what I should have done 15 years ago when I started playing...learning scales. My question is, can someone recommend a good, medium range priced metronome? I have no clue what is good and what isn't.

Thanks,

Jason

My gear includes:
An acoustic Alvarez RD20CU
An electric Ibanez GR10
An electric Yamaha-on loan to my younger brother
Another electric Ibanez-I don't play it much
And an electric Kramer-in pieces awaiting another paint job (this is year 7 I believe)
Peavey Renown 212

And some various pedals as well as a BOSS BR1600 studio.

With most Korg products you can't go wrong.

Also - if you practise near your computer there are loads of free metronome downloads available on the net. I use one called Wierd Metronome a lot and its more versatile than your 'average joe' metronome yet easy to use in the regular fashion too.

I have a TM-40 from Korg. It is a great little machine, has a tuner built in too. It is the gear I use the most, besides the guitar and the pick.

Yeah, the Korg MA-30 is great. It has everything a metronome needs and lasts ages.

I highly recommend it.
