When it first came out it was the best of the best when it came to modeling amps. The tones are top notch and the versatility is amazing. I actually now prefer the line 6 spider valve because the tube amp part make the modeling more responsive to your playing. I've heard rumors that line 6 is working on making a tube driven vetta. We want to play lots of different styles ( Funk, blues, rock, pop rock) I have a Line6 variax they seems that they work well with this amp because of de digital interface.
