Get your training and diet right and then worry about supplements (Don't believe the marketing)
A decent protein powder Creatine (if you respond to it) Maybe a preworkout supplement to get you going -------------------- My SoundCloud

I have adjusted my form a bit, but I haven't tried, or heard of, strapping. Can you enlighten me about that process? I don't really try pressing all that often, it is mostly pulling. I don't like to bulk up, I just try building against my own body. I prefer to be lean as opposed to large. I usually do chin - ups, pull - ups, and push - ups for exercising my upper body. with push ups the angle of your hands flat on the ground can be a bit harsh, if you get pain doing these you could try using handles whch would change the angle of your hands and you could even have it so your hands are straight as if you were holding a hammer. You could also try dips instead which might be a different enough angle for your wrists, also dips are the daddy! the same kind of thing for the pulling stuff like chins and pullups, have you tried various grips like close grip with palms facing each other? Personally I get a bit of pain when I do a reverse grip pullup so I tend to stick with the palms facing each other version. Theres 2 types of straps which might help, the wraps version which might be more suitable or alternatively and stricly for pulling exercises you get the straps version, although these ones are more for grip issues but might be worth trying. -------------------- You say 'minor pentatonic ' like it's a bad thing |

It has been awhile since I have tried using my handles, I will go and fish them out. As for the straps, I will try the first option. Thanks for the suggestions, mate! -------------------- All the elders have fallen down...
