"finger Shifting" And "smart Fingers" Practice

At the moment I'm practicing both lessons to get a better left hand dexterity, but I don't know how much time I should spend practicing them. I know there's always the rule "the more the better" but I don't have enough time to practice more than 10 minutes on each. Is that enough to get some results without waiting a couple of years?
