I have an opportunity to buy one pretty cheap. Brand new, never been played. Just not sure if I think it is cool looking...or hideous! I kind of like the rusted metal look, with rusty (looking) hardware. I don't know...seems a little too "METAL!!!! WOO!!!! \m/"...you know?

I have played different variations of the C-1 and thought they all played nicely...some of the bridges needed some adjustment, but overall they were slick. Since I value your opinions...what do you guys think?

Looks cool to me Ben! cool.gif The inlays would be the only thing that would stop me from buying it if I were in the market for that set-up. Just me though man, I need the markers.... rolleyes.gif

Yeah...I'm with you on that one. I need markers too. Even on my Ibanez, I find it confusing...and that has the shark tooth inlays! I prefer simple and traditional dots. Not sure how those gears would be! huh.gif

What are you waiting for? ohmy.gif This offer looks nice!!

And although you'll have to get used to the inlays, at least you'll have to spend more time with this axe to figure out the frets. I guess that will be only for your benefit. cool.gif

I have a version of the C-1 and I love it. If it is a good deal and you don't have one I would get it. I never thought about the inlays making it easier to play. I used the dots on the top as I don't think I'm holding the thing correctly when I can see the inlays.

Wow! Great paint job!!. For the markers, don't worry, you will get used to it in a very little time. And I think that it's better to get used to play without the markers because sometimes, when you play live, some lights that reachs the fretboard make the markers dissapear, and if you aren't used to play without them, will give serious headaches.
