I found a brilliant backing track, I just jammed along for 20 minutes and got lost in myself with it. It lends itself to all kinds of playing and speeds of playing. Give it a go

I like the tips that come up, you can read them while your noodling and try to implement them, seems better than reading first and then jamming.
