Well, i woke up this morning, and all the tension in my picking hand was gone. no more death grip on the pick. and now everything seems so easy in terms of picking. i can play faster and cleaner, and techniques like string skipping and fast runs seem effortless. its so amazing, like a whole new world of possibilities just opened up. i feel truly relaxed when playing, and the feeling is awesome! biggrin.gif

I had a similar day about a year ago - congrats! It has made my playing a lot more fluid and even, even though I didn't realize I had a problem until it went away!

Very true though!

I read all the forum posts on relaxing your picking hand and thought "yeah, yeah. its relaxed" - but it wasn't until it really did relax that I realized it wasn't!

Yeah I know. I wanted to say "good one" as " very cleverly put" not "like a joke!" smile.gif
