GMC Forum _ GEAR & PRODUCTION _ Ezdrummer Serial

Posted by: [email protected] Jun 24 2008, 01:44 AM

I just bought Ezdrummer and it didn't come with a serial number, it wasn't on the dvd sleave. Does any one have a serial that might work?
thanks,

Guitarcenter is giving me the run around.

Sounds a little far fetched to me, though I shall be no judge. Let us see what the verdict from the others is smile.gif

Hm.... I recommend sending a mail to Toontrack's support if this is the case smile.gif

I know it sounds shady!! I have the receipt and the dvd sleave without a serial number, the white rectangle is blank.

I tried to contact toontrack but they don't have a number and I can't fill out the contact page with the proper info because believe it or not I don't have a serial number.

I think i got a misprint or something. Beleive me i'm pissed about the whole situation.

If someone has a serial number that works, if it's possible, i'll take a pic of the dvd sleave and reciept.

Yeah, could be the way to go. I don't know what policy Toontrack's running. Otherwise contact the place you bought the DVD.

I'm with Tjchep on this one, if the store won't take it back getting Guitar Center's corporate office on the phone and filing a complaint will probably be easier then dealing with toontrack.

Good luck

Sorry - this is an issue that you need to take up with the Toontrack and/or the store.

Whilst I don't doubt that you have a fully legit copy of the program it isn't appropriate to ask for a serial number, license code, activation code for ANY software product on ANY open forum due to the number of cracked copies around.

Hope yo understand this is why I'm locking this thread.

Cheers,
Tony
