Problem with the 101 videos

The flash player can't keep up with the frame refresh rate on middle to lower end proccessors? I will have to get in touch with someone more technical than me - to see if there are any other solution than decreasing video size. Otherwise we will have to go for slightly smaller vids. I use FireFox and the video used to load up or download befor the video would play. it played smoth. Not a clitch in it. Now its downloading while it is playing.
