Hey guys, let's pretend money is no object, what one thing would you choose as a gift to yourself for Xmas ?

I'd probably have to go for a 7 string. Not sure what one but an ESP or Dean would be tempting.

Hufschmid H8 - I'm not a type dropped player but sometimes I need some ultra low notes because the do the job in the mix. I would like to experiment with some of those too smile.gif

Lacking a solid amp for gigging, so an Axe-FX II ultra would be fantastic. Mind, I haven't tried one, only going by recommendation and the fact that it's relatively portable.

If not that, then I would also grab a hardtail 7 string, perhaps a petrucci sig music man, or the schecter loomis sig? Tried the loomis and it was comfy.

Ibanez AT100 - I don't have a good reason for why I want this guitar because I love my Jackson and I don't wanna play on other guitar. I'm satisfied with what I have but I think it's just a caprice smile.gif

A room for music gear, games, tv/video and other manly stuff. Just for me, myself and I only wink.gif

And an Apache attack helicopter. That would look cool on my yard.

Seeing as I only have the ones that came out after A Night at the Opera aside from Somewhere Far Beyond, the rest of Blind Guardian's albums, if that's acceptable as "one gift". Seeing as the part of my family I live with isn't exactly metal friendly, I'll be lucky to get any from them, but the grandpa I don't live with might give me enough money to order them all biggrin.gif

You can't just ask my favorite Blind Guardian album xD ok let's see... This is impossible. Well I really like A Night at the Opera, but I also really like Imaginations From the Other Side and Nightfall in Middle Earth. I can't even go by the percentage of songs per album I like, because I have literally never heard a song by the bards that I didn't like. I know a lot of people like either the older Blind Guardian or newer, but I honestly don't have a preference even for that. I seriously can't answer this. I can lie and say it's Nightfall in Middle Earth, but there will never be a definite answer.
