I actually love this song 
Any song having to do with war strikes a soft spot in me, and just everything about this song is incredible

Its a beautiful song.. one of my favorites not just by mark. Amazing song, I'd definitely put it in 'the list' of greatest songs ever, which is probably not an ordered list..

I love that song.Brothers In Arms is truly an amazing song. It is definitely on the list of greatest songs.

I'm not a big fun of Dire Straits/Mark Knopfler, but that song is probably my favourite from them.

And that is definitely a great song but my fav of all time is Nirvana - Serve The Servants. My fav Dire Straits song is Twisting By The Pool

The best song depends a little bit on the mood, maybe I would give that merit to November Rain.
I listened to brothers in arms hundreds of times and still causes me "kind of chills" (not sure if this is the best term in English. But you know what I mean)
Definitely, Brothers in Arms is highly ranked amongst favorites.
