I know the rules but I want to just add to the question if I may. I to love this lesson and find it difficult due to the frets one must cover. I can almost do it after a few weeks of stretching my fingers out. Anyway, is there any chance the next time you are doing a lesson we could get an update to this one, with some of those awesome close ups you do now of the fingerings? Close ups of left hand is what I am looking for, just in case this post makes no sense. ;-)

Had a guitar hanging, just about waist high, and we are going to play these things until the day we die.

Hi man! I really missed this topic! I get confused because it has the same tittle than the previous one that I already answered! ohmy.gif
This is a very old lesson of my own so I don't remember the exact settings... I just can say that I recorded it with my Marshall Valvestate 8080 and a Shure Sm 57 mic. It's cool to know that you are experimenting with metal! Let me know if I can help you. smile.gif
