After we had some relaxed conversation on PM's we know where to start. You got really nice rhythm skills. Both of Your hands work properly - nothing to correct. Now...we wanna improve Your playing in a case of soloing. It's not something we could do very quickly but the earlier we start, the faster we'll se results.

Answer for Your a question "How to start playing solos" is very simple - JUST START TO PLAY THEM smile.gif

According to Your showcase vid I think we'll understand each other very well...I hear some Mathews, Led Zeppelin and good old blues grooves. Honestly it's exactly what I was starting with smile.gif

What should we do know is to focus on things You would like to play and select the ones that would be perfect at the moment. Let's make a short l;ist of solos You would like to play and we'll try to get it's best little tricks to build Your new skills. What would those be?

I think Nothing Else Matters is one of the best educational solos out there. Here is a lessons with the solo included:

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Metall...g-else-matters/

We'll make it. first try to get know with all the materials included in mentioned lesson. Then don't hesitate to ask about even very tiny details. I'll lead You through this. Remember - all thins You can see on the video are very important - such as picking direction, hands angles. Watch carefully when fingers are rounded and when the work in the "flat" shape (left hand). Try to prepare Your own take even if it's just a scetch it would still be helpfull to detect mistakes.

P.S Anothere cool solo for beginners is a solo from Stairway to Heaven smile.gif
