Hard question, but three songs that I instantly think of are:

Elliott Smith -Waltz #2
Katatonia - Tonight's Music
Bloodbath - Brave New Hell (This is quite possiblt the catchiest chorus ever, Dan Swanö would even be a great pop writer.)

Many to choose from, but I've come up with one vocal wise, and one instrumental wise.

Best chorus vocal wise: Escape The Fate - Cellar Door (Chorus starts at 0:46)
The reason is pretty simple that I love the way the chorus is sung, and the voice of Ronnie Radke (obviously the vocalist).

Best chorus instrumental wise: Bullet For My Valentine - Tears Don't Fall (First chorus at
This chorus is rather easy to play, but I've totally felt for it. It's simple, as said, yet raw and melodical.
