Mostly reminds me of saturday morning cartoons. I like this in general. I don't know if I could listen to it for a long time but it's arranged well enough that it isn't causing me any distress. For most pieces of music I'd prefer a few outside notes rather than the whole song but when they're nicely arranged like this it's not bothersome at all.

I can only listen to this if watching a movie. No way I would play it to myself on purpose I think it's not an easy job to compose this stuff which in theory most of the time doesn't make sense but when you listen it makes perfect sense.

I really like this music, I've studied contemporary composition so if I didn't like it...hehehe
I've made a huge post months ago in my board about XX century music. I really like from the Schoenberg's Op16 the third piece called Farben, although the entire opus is great. Here's the post if anyone is interested https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=24320 Cheers! -------------------- |

It's hard to find another extra musical reference than horror, chaos and so forth,
I even heard there are some atonal music for children, I wonder what that is like, I personally enjoy some of these pieces and I agree that it's a totally different listening experience. It's precisely that, an experience, not just background or cool music, -------------------- Visit my:

I like this music. Maybe since I just loved all the cartoons I watched as a kid that often have similar sound tracks!
But I wouldn't listen to it whole day - it makes me feel strange -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Sounds cool to me, it's definitely very similar to movie and cartoon soundtracks. I agree with Emir, this requires completely new skills for composing, since the music is constantly changing. Specially in a dynamic movie where the music needs to change quite a bit from scene to scene, but still maintain some logical sense. Very cool

Sounds cool. Makes a unique atmosphere in my mind. Can anybody explain what atonal exactly means? No more fixed Rootnotes or what is it about?
