Hey!
Just wanted to show off my new axe. Gonna equip her with straplocks, but other than that, this is my dream guitar smile.gif She feels and plays sooo much different than my Epi Les Paul, Didn't think the difference would be this huge!
I just love the graining on the fretboard, the first 5 frets looks awesome!
Model Name is 1958 Gibson Les Paul Standard Custom Shop Vintage Original Specs.

Enjoy!

Start by playing something - a bend, a riff, a scale, a song - very slowly; if you make a mistake, start over; do this over and over, until you can play it flawlessly - and I do mean flawlessly - many times in a row. Next, gradually increase the tempo. Eventually you'll be flailing like a madman.

NEVER! I had this and a Tobacco Burst to choose from, but this one attracted me the most... It's as far as I know, a limited edition color aswell.

Nope, I played one just like it at Musikbörsen, Jönköping, so I knew pretty much what to expect, but they all differ, so it was a little risky...

I bought it on ebay from a good seller I've dealt with in the past. It did cut of about 10.000SEK on the final price ohmy.gif So I'm very happy with the deal.

Yeah the good deals are when you buy from the US. Saving 10k must feel sweet biggrin.gif

Uhm, it just hits me that someone asked before about shipping and customs. How did you handle that to not have to pay VAT and customs fee (marking it as gift or something)? And was it shipped with Fedex, UPS or other?

With the value of the dollar being so low against the euro, everyone in europe should be buying guitars and equipment in the USA. The Euro is so strong, I would think you would save money even with the additional shipping.

Nice guitar, congrats

I took care of it with good quality shipping, and I had the seller write the receipt at a WAY lower amount. Actually I haven't paid tax or customfee yet. The postalguy just handed over the package, didn't mention anything about it, although it had been checked at the boarder. Quality shipping very important in these cases, don't want anything to happen.
