My girlfriend maybe want to join the community but I just want some information for her.
She needs to play acoustic guitar by next year for school. Basic chords etc ... no need for scales, ... patterns now just the chords so she can play some songs.

What lessons etc are good for her to learn?
If it were for electric I could give her a million reasons but I never did the real acoustic lessons.

the lessons are universal.

The chords on an electric guitar are the same on an acoustic.

Beginner lessons like Muris' Strumming and Arpeggios are presented on an electric but they'd be just as useful on an acoustic.
