Its amazing how vivid photography used to be. The colors of that type of film really brings life to these pictures. Its amazing how much life has changed in the past century. Some of these pictures are of old juke joints, where the blues were born, definitely worth checking out. The last picture would make an amazing album cover.

It is truly amazing how these photos were taken without the usage of modern cameras and current technology and yet they seem so
classy

It is so amazing to see pictures that far back - IN COLOR! I didn't know they had color back then! Nope, I didn't. I thought they just had black and white. This is so cool! I'm going to share them with my Mom - she enjoys old stuff. It was so cool to see these shots...they were moments in time...years ago...wow.....yeah...I'm a photographer myself. You can probably tell...anway, this was a great share. Thank you so much for sharing these pictures. smile.gif I bookmarked them.

Its too bad film is on its way out. The old types of film had their own personality, something that digital really can't recreate. But then again, we'll see how these digital pictures we have now look in 60 to 70 years, they'll be the new vintage smile.gif

I agree. The old pictures did indeed have its own personality. That's part of why I enjoyed them. I bet they will have something different from digital in 70 years. It's hard to imagine, but think of this...these people in these pictures never would've been able to dream of the digital technology we have today. ohmy.gif

Great find man! I really liked these pictures and often wondered how my view of the time is distorted by watching all those black n white photos/videos - I almost forgot they had colors those days too ...smile.gif))
