I wonder if you could choose one of your picks, which one would it be?

My favorite pick is a Friday the 13th pick I received as a gift one year, but that's just for keeps I never used it.

For picks that I use I bounce between Dunlop Jazz IIIs and 3mm Stubbies

I prefer v-picks - small thin ones. fit best for me

My favorite pick it's definitely Jazz III XL black I love this pick and for guitar solo it's the best one.
But when I need to add more crunch to the tone I use a thin pick: Dunlop Max Grip 0.73

Jazz 3 XL for me, the original Jazz 3 is too small for rhythm work.

I got one of the comming. Out of all the ones I have I like the Small lite V pick so ordered all the pointy picks and then all the pointy ones that have ghost rim. I use the mummy one for Rhythm tho. Just hoping one of the others will do both well then I'm gonna order a whole pile of customized ones.

You tried the insanity pick, I got one here and the thing is huge but it does kinda help picking. If anything it helps reduce tention in your hand when u go back to ur normal pick

I primarily use v-picks small pointed for leads, preferably lightly worn for a fatter tone. Jazz 3s black works ok as well.

For rhythm I might use clayton 1,5 mm instead.

Are Darius tips He learned me how to add 100% more crunch to the tone using a very little amount of gain when we worked for "Alternate picking workout #2" lesson. Darek don't let me to mess with the amp settings, he put me to affect the tone with my hands. So, he has right, a very, very hard playing with a thin pick gives extra amount of attack while playing on the low distortion. I saw this, I made this and I will always use this tip From my point of view, the sound is more cool and more better defined than in the moment when you add more gain.

I never used v-picks but you made me definitely curious to try this

Yes makes sense. I have always wanted to get that effect of sound breaking up when playing with heavy dynamics. It doesn't ring well with my typical sound though, which is probably a bit too distorted/compressed for that purpose.
