Oct 5 2008, 05:52 PM	Instructor Posts: 1.359 Joined: 28-July 08 From: Miami FL	Man, I don't know if Guitar Hero is such a bad thing, the other day I go to Sam Ash and started playing some Eric Johnson tune, Some 8 year old kid approached me and asked me if I knew "cliffs of dover", I was suprised that an 8 year old would know about Eric Johnson, and he replied "guitar hero, I love that song", then he wanted me to play, One from Metallica and other Maiden songs. The reason he was at Sam Ash with his Dad, was because he was so into guitar (because of guitar hero) that he now wanted to get a real guitar and start playing. So even though guitar hero is nothing like real guitar playing, it exposes young audiences to great music, and some could take it to the next step and switch to the real thing You are at GuitarMasterClass.net Don't miss today's free lick.
