Friedman's right hand freaks me out, seriously, it makes me feel weird, I don't know why it should but it does blink.gif

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

I agree wink.gif He has a very very very odd right hand picking technique that seems to work for him but does seem to prevent him from playing certain types of picking passages. It seems a self taught technique and he's made it work well for him. But yeah. it's certainly beyond odd smile.gif

Here is a shot of Yngwie's right hand. notice how he has a good mute over the breadth of the entire bridge and is moving his fingers mostly instead of his wrist/arm.

Yngwie's hands look great! It's very nice to see and it's clearly very effective.
