a lesson about paul gilbert type string skipping arpeggios, or if there is one alredy point me to it, most gilbert lessons are to fast to see what their playing lol

There are quite a few Gilbert lessons.
Not specifically aimed for his brilliant string skipping technique, but still worth a look!
Just do a quick search and you'll see them. They are quite challenging though!

I remember finding a paul gilbert e-book somewhere, like a pdf with a whole load of practicing riffs and the like in. I'll see if I can dig it up, I remember it had a bunch of string skipping technique practice things.

From what I have seen working on his stuff myself I think a lot of the time he's using 3nps pentatonic boxes and using a mixture of AP and legato.

Also I think Muris did some awesome gilbert lessons on GMC, so have a quick search for them. They're damn hard though.
