it was straight formard, yet cool sounding, and your solo followed the chord changes pretty well. i would suggest adding vibrato, trills and/or different sounding bends to spice it up, a bit like guthrie does it smile.gif

i should record a take over this track too laugh.gif

Thanks for the comment mate! My goal here was to try and hit the chord changes and modulate into a different key so I was concentrating quite hard on that and not on putting loads of madness in there if you know what I mean! I knew my dynamics were off but as you can tell from my monkey faces I really was concentrating!! laugh.gif
Thanks for looking though, appreciated!

Nice sted !! ... it's a great backing to concentrate on chord changes, right? Enough space between chords to not get too much stressed ..... i wish my brain would precess faster .. laugh.gif

btw .. your LP is really beautiful, i realize this on each of your videos. I have never been that much into LPs, but lately i get more and more interested.

It's not easy to improvise to a backing like this but you did it nicely.Great job.

I think the take was flawless, which simply means you have no rhythm, tone, cleanness and technique issues... All you need to do now is add some more advanced techniques, maybe some legato (hammer-on's will do) to get some faster runs, and combine legato with sliding to get very long and wide runs ! smile.gif I think it was perfect though ! smile.gif
