You can buy a power unit for your pedal board for around $12 that is just a plug for the wall and then a daisy chain cable. Here is such a unit on amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Caline-Adapter-Effec...962&sr=8-11 you can get a pedal power supply box for about $20 https://www.amazon.com/Hiree-Outlets-Chargi...962&sr=8-16 similar stuff at most any retailer like Thomann. I say keep going on your synthwave project. It's the best way to learn! Sarge I will try it next time I get the chance. I want to share some kind of photo of my stompboxes, as you suggested but the problem is, I have enough power and signal cables just for one pedal. I checked my equipment and the other cables are broken/not reliable, so I consider buying a replacement. I just wonder if I should get a single box power unit and a cable to branch it out to 3-5 boxes or if I should invest in some actual power unit to supply power for each box independently. I don't see myself getting any far in the music industry but it's still fun thing to do to relax or for self-development. I'm also considering some 5-string bass or some keyboard for my game project. I feel bad about using the original series' music instead of my own but the truth is, I can't play one whole song on a guitar, let alone compose a synthwave track. |
