I don't have monitors as I just use headphones, but my interface has 2 outs a left and a right. So you may need to get something as I have below. It's a 3.5mm Stereo plug to RCAs. That way each speaker has it's input. I'm sure more people will chime in but I'm sure this will work. I kind of do the reverse to an old stereo receiver in the garage when I hook my mp3 player to it.

Hey man ! I don't know your guitar gear setup but shouldn't you connect those speakers to your computer ? This depends on which audio soundcard he is using... if he uses Line 6 interface, he will have to to what Spase suggested, If he using his onboard soundcard, he will have to connect it to it. -------------------- My lessons

Great buy man Congrats on making the babies work - I found the KRKs a bit less organic than I would like. Are these your first monitors?

I have a noob question : Is there a difference in listening experience when you listen to a song through studio monitors vs through normal speakers.. What I am trying to ask is, are monitors only good for making mixes and such?? I never had a chance to compare directly, but I found listening to music on monitors a sort of "revelation" in terms how how nice and detailed music sounded. Of course, I didn't have equal quality hi-fi speakers to compare with but I use my monitors for everyday stuff and listening to music, not just mixing. I really like how music sounds through them. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

There are of course hi fi devices meant especially for the listener as studio monitors are meant for the musician/sound engineer. Some of the most famous ones are Bang and Olufsen or Bose. I think you might enjoy reading this article here
