Hi GMCers,

I fell in love with the ESP-Ltd. EC-400 VF (Faded Cherry Sunburst). Does anybody play that guitar? There is no Review in the Review Section yet. I'd really like to hear about the Quality and Sound, according to the fact that the specifications are not that far from an Eclipse II, which costs twice as much. Thank You!

Hauke

I recently got my MH-400NT and, yeah they're great guitars... i don't think anything under a grand could compete with these 400-model guitars. I didn't think that a new guitar could improve my playing as much as it did... the upper frets are just right there, easy access, and the EMGs scream.

I have been an ESP endorser for about 15 years and can say that the quality of their guitars is very high. I don't know this model, actually I have never tried one of the LTD models, but I read many very good reviews about them, they are supposed to be a very nice option to the much more expensive "real" ESP's, just like Epiphone guitars to Gibsons.

Thank You for your answers!
I think I'll get one as soon as I can afford it. Hell, maybe I should think about a new amp, too. wink.gif

edit: And I will write a review, of course.

I have the LTD EC-1000 Deluxe, which I think is little bit more expensive model than that one, but basically that EC-400 has the same qualities that my EC-1000 has, Mahogany body, Duncan-pickups etc. so I bet that the EC-400 is just as quality guitar as my EC-1000 smile.gif
