I know I quit it very shortly after it started, but I used one of the descending runs from the first task in Gab's Modern metal collab. All the work I did to complete the task and the constant drilling stayed with me, and I not only bust it out with relative ease but instantly heard where I could use it.

It was the A harmonic minor lesson I used the descending part of the 2nd run, though I used it in the context of E Phrygian Dominant
