Band/artist: Darkthrone
Album: Plaguewielder

Genre: Black metal

Tracklist:
1. Weakling Avenger
2. Raining Murder
3. Sin Origin
4. Command
5. I, voidhanger
6. Wreak

Plaguewielder is probably the most underrated Darkthrone album for some reason. I personally think its one of their best(Nothing beats "the three black" though). This album is very different from all the other Darkthrone albums, but then again, almost every album is really unique.
Darkthrone have very simple riffs, but they still make it sound great, I like simple riffs best. It's not complicated music at all, it's just pure, simple black metal with excellent riffs. Nocturno Culto's vocals have never been better(Except "the three black" albums of course), so deep and alot of reverb.
This album got some weird and a bit unusual drum rythms, its groovy.

Darkthrone always get the sound right. After all these years they still do it old school. These guys don't polish and wipe the sound, they keep it raw. The guitars have a bit special sound, they use alot of flanger.

*Also under construction, all my old reviews sucks*
