Just wondering to see if people agree with me......Thought putting it to a vote would be nice.

I've watched quietly how some of you guys complain about the new player not working for you, whoch is a shame, but as it works for me flawlessly(is this a word?) I think it's A LOT better than the old one. 
Maybe If they would find a solution for the problems some people are facing here, it would be better for them too... no?

I like more the new player , but it takes ages to load , so the old one works better for me. Voted old player.

Have you tried new player lessons recently , changes were made so now it loads very fast.

Yes , gerardos lesson took 10 minutes to download , I waited then I open the first video to learn the song and it took another ten minutes so I got bored and didnt learn the lesson.

New player does increase the demand for a bigger bandwidth and stronger CPU, but the resolution is much better now. I think after a period of adjusting it, it will really work great

I voted the old player cause the new one is lagging for me so the sound becomes aweful.

I voted for the old player, but wait, this is selfish of me. REASON!, the new player doesn't work for me!!! I'm in the USA. Seems we're the majority afflicted with this problem. Kind of funny how it doesn't seem to matter for the majority of the others not afflicted. Here's what's really irritating. The people that the new player is working for could care less if it's not working for someone else. So they say, "New player is great SUCKS TO BE YOU!!" Figurative! Please bear with me. If the new player was working for me but I knew there was a problem I would be the first to be saying LOUDLY!! (I'm half deaf from all the rock and roll) 
Unless everyone can partake in the new player please stick with the old until proper testing can be done!! This is becoming way more of a irritant then it should be. REMEMBER, this is a paid site. I'm no longer able to ENJOY all of the lessons because of this change. I apologize in advance if I've offend anyone. Here in America, I'm a Liberal Democrat so I'm used to being walked on for caring about others. But as you can probably tell I'm not afraid to speak my mind. OK, I'm cool, 
I think I need a BEER!!

In my case the new players load the song faster but I have to wait the barre to fill up so I can not hear chunky sound.

I feel for you guys and hope it gets solved, and I personally wouldn't mind staying as much time as needed with the old player if more testing shall be needed, etc. No big deal.
But when asked about my personal opinion, it is what it is: works fine here, and I like it. That doesn't mean whatever needs to be done, be done, so that everyone can keep enjoying GMC
Just my 2 cents on the matter

I'm finding new player very good because of much bigger resolution and new widescreen 16:9 format!
I'm sure it will work for everyone soon , it just needs some tweaking! Be a little patient guys

This is very well put tommyboy .I love this sight and the new players looks, but IT WILL NOT WORK FOR ME ETHER .I to live in USA and use my wireless phone for internet service Had satellite and it wasn't any better coast way to much. I vote the old player for the unfortunate people like myself.I am not a computer expert so I don't know what is involved in making an option to choose ether new or old player, but that would be the best answer to keep the peace.I sure would miss this sight,and all the GREAT TEACHERS that share there art with us.

I voted new, but thats of course because ive just got my new mac book pro, it woulda sucked on my old computer probably.
In the load stand-by time you can use the metronome to do some NOME practice XD
