Hey guys,
As some of our old members notice i was long gone from this amazing community and playing guitar in general due to some changes/problems happened in my life. For 2-3 years i didn't pick up my guitar and play. (Well i did sometimes for 10-15 minute sessions but that doesn't count )
Recently i got my mojo back and decided to return music and pursue my dreams. For my return i did record a https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=58076&st=0&#entry746725 take in the style of my neoclassical god: Luca Turilli. As expected i didn't pass the lesson but what is more important for me is getting feedbacks and make a plan how to master it. And our awesome instructors were kind enough to provide me amazing feedbacks. Kudos to you guys!
For my return i decided to tackle my weaknesses (SWEEPS man yes) and i practiced some songs that were very very hard for me at that time i thought that i was never gonna able to play those.(which i am still not but the thought of i can be able to play them soon is very very exciting news for me) So i want to share my studies with you which i will film all the progress while i am trying to master them. First solo is from Luca also you can notice the same patterns in the REC take aswell And eventually i will make full recordings if i can be more comfortable with red light while recording. I hope you enjoy it.
It's great to be back!

Welcome back! It's great you are getting back to guitar. It's great that you are working on REC takes, it's a great way to improve
Hey mate! GREAT to see you back and with all that energy!
You already have my feedback about Turilli's lesson. I'm now checking that Becker song and I can confirm that you will be able to master it very soon. You are so close man!
Some things to have in mind:
- Dedicate some time to play each part a bit slower and being sure that each note sounds clear and with tight timing.
- Divide the arpeggios in two: ascendant, and descendent. Practice each direction isolated and then combine both.
- Make your left hand movement small. I can notice some extra rotation with some of those arpeggios. Minimise the movement to have an effective technique. This same principle can be applied to your right hand.
- I can't hear if the pattern at 00:37 sounds clean. It's not clear in the mix.
Ok mate, I hope that this comments help. I'll be following your progress and sharing my feedback every time I have something to say.
Enjoy your journey!
Thanks for the kind words and welcoming me guys. It's great to be back! And Gab your feedback is awesome as always, i hope i will share my progress soon
