Cheers guys. I'm really trying hard now to improve on guitar. No complaining anymore, just hard work and lots of recordings to check my progress over next year.

This community rocks as you get feedback that is so valuable. smile.gif

Thanks again smile.gif

Now I'm off out for a drink after 7 hours practicing smile.gif

Nice take OC,and that was just amazing! smile.gif

Now I realized what you were talking about
when you mentioned problem with the tapping part.
So here's the deal, whole tapping part is in triplets,16th triplets tho.
And as far as I can hear you are "trying" to play 4 notes per half of beat, not 3.
Seems like you are adding one extra note with your ring finger
right before tapped note, not all the time, just here and there.
And that is why this part sounds a bit sloppy. smile.gif
I don't believe you're doing it on purpose so all you have to do
is to think more about triplets, groups of 3,
tapped note, ring finger note and index finger note,
focus more on that and it'll be fine,I'm sure.

Keep up the good work, very good effort! smile.gif

The thing about being really stupid, is that there are a zillion ways to be a moron. There are usually several ways to be intelligent, given a situation, but it is a small finite number. But there are always a zillion ways to be to blithering idiot. So finding a new way to have the intellect of an artichoke is nothing to be proud of really, it is easy to do.

So true... To bad im still an artichoke haha

Thanks for the feedback. smile.gif I really struggled with the tapping section as I am pretty awful at tapping and I really need to practice it slow to a metronome as somewhere between slow and fast speeds I lose my technique and rhythm. I will certainly be working on this tapping section. smile.gif

Very well done, great tone

Thanks a lot Marcus smile.gif I've been working on my tone more than anything. It's amazing that if you take a step back and play a lot slower and work on tone and accuracy you notice a huge improvement in your sound which you can then work in adding to more technical and fast segments.

I'm glad you liked my tone smile.gif

Thats why it is always important to also practice slow, not just at lightspeed.
