GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Struggling With Authentication On Licks Arcive

Sorry to sound a little stupid, but can anyone help? I can't seem to get into the licks arcive, when i type my user name (email address) and password it doesn't let me in. I've even changed my password and i still can't get in. i know that theirs two diffrent types of authentication and i've tried them both (the one for the video lessons and the one the forum) Can anyone tell me where i'm going wrong.
